I do..I really do.
I like a lot of music, but it just so happens that there are many songs, by this band, Coldplay...that I just really dig. I am not exactly sure why. Maybe because they keep coming out with good songs! Songs that I like. :) Perhaps I should look more into what I like so much about certain songs...start thinking more like a musician...or even better.... a music therapy student!! :P
I filled out the form for the apartment I am interested in Tallahassee, tonight.
And my mom had a book laying around her house...a theory book...put out by Eastman School of Music, in Rochester, NY, where I was born. I flipped through it a little bit..fascinating...but....you know..yikes. :P I'm going for it. I have nothing to lose. I should do it!
I am an intelligent person....I am sure I will be able to get the hang of things if I put my mind and will to it. Lately I've just been on such a rollarcoaster...my emotions are a wild ride as it is...add in the cancer stuff and the Prednisone...and perhaps I am making excuses. But....I'm probably leaving stuff out. :P Whatever! I want to do the "best I can do," yet another part of me is like...yes, okay sure..but relax.....what is the point to getting all worked up...
Just got to...go with the flow of things.
No, I am not perfect.
Not by any strech of the imagination. No one's imagination!
But I am alive, I am here, I am sticking it out.
Just like hundreds of millions of people do everyday, many of them in more intense situations than I. We are all a part of eachother and we are all here to learn.
So....here we go. Let's live and learn.
I like my bed....it's comfortable and safe. :P
I wouldn't want to stay there all the time..but mornings on into early afternoon....it's pretty cozy, especially when Pooka is with me!
