I really like how happy my mom looks in the pic above. It looks like I just told her I was pregnant with her grandchild, doesn't it? Ha ha ha. I look happy too. =) Well I had good reason to be. Today was a special day. I gave a presentation of sorts to the blind students at the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind (where my parents both work). I was asked to come and speak to the students about my experience with music and Hodgkin's, as well as play some of my songs for them! I enjoyed sharing my experience/ideas with them. I also enjoyed answering their questions and meeting them! The students were very receptive to me and very enthusiastic about music! I also enjoyed jamming with Elizabeth Roth and Bill. This week in general has been very rainy and wonderful. There is so much love in my life. I am so grateful!
